Our terms apply to every registered account where local law permits. Access to specific features and markets depends on local law, and we apply Indonesia-specific clauses to all accounts registered with an Indonesian payment method such as DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.

Your account is governed by the terms set out in our user agreement, with Indonesia-specific clauses applied where required. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process is subject to the jurisdiction stated in Section 9 of the full terms document.

Transactions through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed under the payment terms in Section 4 of our user agreement. These terms cover deposit processing times, withdrawal verification steps, and the dispute procedure if a transaction does not complete as expected.

Upon account closure, your personal profile is deactivated immediately. Transaction logs and identity verification documents are retained only for the period required by applicable Indonesian law, after which they are deleted automatically from our systems.
